About the product
MTS VPN is a service for providing and maintaining equipment aimed at integrating and configuring corporate data collection and exchange.
Primary issue
The Business Success Team reported that some of our clients are missing critical metrics in the current analytics. Additionally, one of the issues was the average NPS and the loading time for generating reports.
Additional challenge
It was necessary to adhere to design requirements from the design department, which included integrating ecosystem UI elements, maintaining visual identity in new components, and preparing mockups for potential reuse by other teams within the company.
Since NPS was chosen as the key metric, and the product was still new with very little qualitative or quantitative data, the business team decided to use the Value Proposition Canvas approach to identify pain points. The feature that would allow the end-users to build reports based on the parameters they deemed necessary became the number one priority.
Based on the research, we prioritized ideas together with developers, the product team, the business success team, and designers, using the NUF approach (Novelty, Usability, Feasibility). The Value vs. Feasibility exercise helped us focus on the features we wanted to include in the MVP.
This process allowed us to define technical and functional requirements, as well as the criteria based on them.
